Emotions Affect Health And Fitness

Emotions Affect Health And FitnessMany believe that our emotions affect our health and fitness. Is it true? Is it possible that positive people live longer and better?

Today we know that our brain and body communicate, and that the body responds to physical stimuli and psychological. All this thanks to tiny elements called neurotransmitters, substances released by the brain (though not only for him) that reach all the nerve endings in our body transmit different types of messages. These messages are our brain’s response to different physical or psychological stimuli.

However, other organs are able to communicate and give instructions to our body in this way, and one very important is our skin. The skin reacts mainly to the action of sunlight, ultraviolet rays. When exposed to the sun, our skin produces a communication network with other organs, and the result is the production of the substances responsible for the sensation of pleasure.

These are the hormones of happiness, as many call them, because they produce a state of physical and psychological changes associated with laughter and a sense of well being. So when the weather is nice and the sun shines we feel energetic, happy and cheerful.

Then it is clear that there are different bodies chemicals that can make us feel better and improve our physical and mental state in general.

It is therefore important to take life with joy: the more we laugh, the better we feel, and we laugh. It’s a vicious cycle in which costs nothing to enter, and the consequences are only positive.
