Hugo received a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida, and certification for the instruction of the competence of the International Association of Sports Sciences (ISSA). His years of practical experience, combined with their constant independent studies on the subject, have helped to compile an impressive knowledge base of everything related to weight loss, bodybuilding and fitness.
