Lipotropic Fat Burner





What makes any "Fat Burners" work are Lipotropics. Lipotropics are substances that prevent an abnormal accumulation of fat in the liver. Besides improving fat metabolism, lipotropics will also aid in the metabolism of fat soluble nutrients and aid the liver in its other metabolic functions such as the processing of hormones, estrogen, sulfa drugs, glucose, and glycogen. The four lipotropics are methionine, choline, inositol, and betaine. How they work is this, lipotropics increase production of lecithin in the liver, helping to keep cholesterol more soluble and lessening deposits in the blood vessels. They prevent accumulation of fats in the liver and they detoxify amines (naturally occurring chemicals in certain foods that are cumulative in the body) which are by products of protein metabolism.
