Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules on an empty stomach before morning workout or before breakfast. Also take 1-3 capsules before evening workout or before evening meals. Do not exceed 9 capsules daily. For best results, use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program. Please note: Guarana extract contains caffeine and should not be taken by those wishing to eliminate caffeine in their diet.

This product is excellent. I've used all the thermogenics suplements that you can imagine during my life but Hydroxadrine is the first that gives results. I am impressed with the effectiveness of this product. Great product, I love it!
